To truly create the change required we need more women in C-suite, Executive and Leadership roles, and we deserve to be there!

From here we will create a domino effect throughout organisations, paving the way to make the impact required to prevent bias, gender pay gap, being overlooked for leadership roles, being overlooked for tech roles, tick box scenarios, and bro-culture.

According to WGEA, while Australian companies are increasingly active in their efforts to drive gender equality, women remain under-represented at every stage of the career pipeline in Australia.

Throughout my career, it has been soul destroying to watch women walk away from careers they have spent years immersing themselves in because they no longer have the confidence, energy and drive to navigate the still very apparent and unnecessary inequality.

I have had heartbreaking discussions with women who shared their stories of facing racism, discrimination, bias, being overlooked, put into executive/leadership roles with no authority or decision-making ability for a tick box situation all the while the organisation they are working for are flooding social media platforms with their wonderful achievements for gender equality in the workplace.

This has created an explosion inside of me to turn this around.

What do I do?
